Terms & Conditions

Fusion Image Technology Terms and Conditions

Pricing is based on three different order types; Repair & Return, Advanced Exchange and Direct Purchase. For the most current pricing, please utilize the product search page on our website. Pricing is subject to change without notice.

Turnaround time for parts sent to Fusion Image Technology for Repair & Return Service is 1-2 business days once the order is received at our facility. For even faster service, please see our Advanced Exchange or Direct Purchase options.

Credit terms of Net 30 are offered to all approved customers. All other orders will be made via credit card payments. Fusion Image Technology accepts all major credit cards. To apply for Net 30 payment terms, please click here.

Repair & Return orders should be shipped to Fusion Image Technology using the shipping carrier of your choice. Repair orders will be shipped back to you using United Parcel Service (UPS) for ground and air freight service. Parts sent to Fusion Image Technology for repair and return should be properly packaged and identified with repair tags and/or a packing list/purchase order form of your choice. You can also print and fill out our optional repair order form.

Repairable parts should be packaged carefully. Fusion Image Technology will contact you if we find that a part sent in for Repair & Return service is found to be not repairable. To avoid damage in transit, please use the box our refurbished unit was delivered in or OEM packaging with all packing materials. Parts sent in for repair should be fully assembled and have no missing parts.

Advanced Exchange service is available for parts that you would like to order from Fusion Image Technology. Please visit our product catalog for pricing, availability and online ordering. All orders placed by 6:00 pm Central Time will ship that same business day. A prepaid UPS return shipping label is included with each Advanced Exchange part. Advanced Exchange orders carry a replacement core charge. A fully repairable unit of the same OEM part number that was ordered must be returned to Fusion Image Technology within 30 days of the invoice date to receive your core refund.

Core charges are added to all Advanced Exchange parts orders. Core charges are fully refundable provided that all return conditions are met. See our Core Return Status page for Advanced Exchange program details and more information.

Direct Purchase is available for parts when you do not have a replacement core to send back to Fusion Image Technology. Please visit our product catalog for pricing, availability and online ordering. No core return is needed or expected for these types of orders. All orders placed by 6:00 pm Central Time will ship that same business day.

Shipments from Fusion Image Technology will be made with United Parcel Service (UPS) for ground and air freight packages. Repair & Return orders will be shipped back via the same shipping method that they arrived unless notated otherwise. Large orders may be shipped via the LTL carrier of our choice. Freight charges will be added to your invoice.

Parts are covered under warranty from Fusion Image Technology for 90 days from the date of invoice. To determine if a repaired part is still covered under warranty, please visit the Warranty Status section of our website. Enter the 7-digit ID number Help found on the orange label on your repaired part, the box the part came in or your packing list/invoice. To file a warranty claim, please create your return authorization on the warranty page of our website.

Core purchases are offered on parts that Fusion Image Technology supports. Fusion Image Technology will pay you for the purchase of your extra cores to supplement our Advanced Exchange program. The core purchase price is based on need and is subject to change without notice. Please see our Sell Us Your Cores page for details and to complete a core purchase request form. Offers on core purchases are good for a 30 day period from the time that your form is submitted. The core purchase offer form that is emailed back to you must be sent to Fusion Image Technology along with the parts you are selling. Once received and inspected, payment or credit will be issued on all repairable cores. Once payment has been made, the parts become the property of Fusion Image Technology.

Fusion Image Technology shall not be held liable for any loss of business by your company including losses suffered by any of your customers.

These terms and conditions comprise the entire agreement of the parties and supersede all prior agreements. All provisions of this agreement shall take precedence over any conflicting terms and conditions.
