Core Return Program

Core charges are added to all Advanced Exchange parts ordered. To receive a refund for the full core charge amount, a repairable unit of the same OEM part number that was ordered must be returned to Fusion Image Technology within 30 days of the invoice date. Cores that are returned after the 30 day period will receive a reduced credit amount equal to the Fusion core purchase price at the time of return. All core returns should be fully assembled and have no missing parts. To avoid damage in transit, please use the same box your refurbished unit was delivered in along with all packing materials.

Go to View Order & Credit Status in My Account to view your core credits.  

Core returns should be shipped using the pre-paid UPS return shipping label that was provided with the refurbished part.
